DKPUSBABEL, PANGKALPINANG - Deputy for Archival Development through the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) Monitoring Team carried out its work program, namely monitoring implementation results of integrated e-Archives to several regions.
It was conducted in accordance with Presidential Regulation number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems, and the Decree of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 679 of 2020 concerning General Applications in the Dynamic Archives Sector.
One of their target areas is the Province of the Bangka Belitung (Babel). The monitoring held for 2 days started from 29 April to 30 April 2021.
"Our task here to monitor the readiness of the local government that is Babel Province in implementing the integrated e-Archive," said the Coordinator of the IIB ANRI Regional Archives Substance Group, Rudi Andi Syahputra, at DKPUS Office, on Thursday (29/4/2021).
Rudi also introduced the SRIKANDI Application to the Archive and Library Agency (DKPUS) of the Province of Bangka Belitung (Babel). According to him, ANRI is currently works with the Ministry of Communication and Information and BSSN to develop SRIKANDI application.
With this sophisticated and modern application, it is hoped can realized an electronic-based government application system.
Rudi also explained about ways and steps of SRIKANDI for the future.
ANRI monitoring team also have a time to share about a proper and a good archive with DKPUS archivists, then, they are visiting the Archives Depot.
At the end of their visits, ANRI team received a souvenir in the form of a book “History of Bangka Belitung to be a Province” a printed work of the Archive and Library Agency (DKPUS) and handed directly by the head of DKPUS.
